A little about me…I’m privileged to have taught hundreds of kiddos over the years at the YMCA and in backyards from beginner level to advanced. Guiding a child to confidently enjoy the water, progress new skill sets, and safely have fun, is a calling I hope you’ll allow me to share with your family. There’s too much fun to be had in the water! Our family loves pool days, boating on Lake Travis, South Padre beach weekends and swimming just about anywhere. And as a mama to two young kids ensuring they’re having that fun safely is a preoccupation and if that’s why you’re here, from one parent to another, thank you.
So how did this all start for me? When Michael Jackson was topping the charts with Billy Jean I was getting my first swim lesson, by the time George Michael took the top spot with Faith I was the Texas state champion with multiple state records being featured on Channel 8 news and Sports Illustrated magazine. Take a look below, it goes nicely with the 80’s greatest hits!
As a native Texan and a University of Texas alumni I’m a proud Texan, but I also have a passion for travel. I’ve traveled to over 80 countries, all 7 continents, and even climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania. I have 2 amazing kiddos, Maverick, and Savannah, and one sweet rescue dog, Lola.
It all starts at home. I taught my son to swim independently before he was 3 years old, and I would be honored to teach your kids too. Sign up with me today by clicking here!
